Biography

Dr. Michael O. Adams is a professor of political science, a political consultant and the Founding Director of the Executive Master of Public Administration Program at Texas Southern University. As a political scientist, Dr. Adams is an experienced lecturer and researcher. He specializes in electoral politics, campaign management, and redistricting and has lent his expertise as a speaker, panelist and community advocate for over 30 years.
